1. Start by wetting your skin in the shower, bath or sauna. Make sure your skin is thoroughly soaked before using the glove.
2. Take the Korean Bath Glove and wet it with warm water. At first, exfoliating glove must be moist (not excessively wet) and used without any product on damp skin. It is essential to not exfoliate the body under the running water with this glove.
3. Using gentle, circular motions, begin to scrub your skin with the glove. Start from the bottom of your feet and work your way up towards your chest. Be careful and do not scrub too hard. The dead skin starts magically to roll on the skin's surface.
4. Pay special attention to areas that tend to be rough or dry, like your elbows, knees, and heels.
