SmartPOST parcel terminals are located in different places all over Estonia and you can choose the most convenient terminal near you by using this parcel delivery method.
If you want to get your parcel the next day, then you need to make a purchase on working day (Monday-Friday) before 14:00. In this case, the parcels are expected to arrive to the selected terminal the next day. When you make a purchase after 14:00, the parcels will arrive to the selected terminal on the second day. When you make a purchase after 14:00 on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays, then it will be delivered to the selected terminal the next working day.
Parcel receipt
As soon as the parcel has reached the selected destination, you will receive SMS-message to the mobile phone number indicated in the order with all the necessary information about the parcel. Then, it is necessary to go to the selected parcel terminal and input door code you received with SMS-message. Right away, the right door opens and you get your purchased goodies!
You have to collect your purchase within 7 days from its arrival date to parcel terminal.
